Position Summary

The AmeriCorps Volunteer Coordinator will be volunteer management with a focus on National Rebuilding Day as well as skilled volunteer recruitment. He or she will create and manage a volunteer management system and assist with a recruitment, retention, and recognition program for volunteers. Additional duties will include solicitation of new volunteers to complete hands-on repairs, both skilled and unskilled, as well as keeping track of hours to show leveraging.
