Board Boot Camps

A strong board is essential to proper non-profit governance.  Studies show that there is a direct correlation between the strength of the board and the overall organizational effectiveness.  Seeking to ensure that all Rebuilding Together affiliates have a strong board, The Institute will implement Board Building Boot Camps with local affiliates so they can ensure that they are adapting and growing to best meet the needs of their community.  To achieve this goal, there will be both on-site technical training with a similar conference call series provided to the affiliate network
