Kris Carroll
Vice President, Finance

As Vice President of Finance at Rebuilding Together, Kris manages finance, human resources, office administration, facilities and compliance for the organization. She holds a master’s degree in from Keller Graduate School of Management and has over 20 years of experience in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Kris has comprehensive knowledge of all areas of not-for-profit accounting including audit, regulation, accounting services and consulting.

Kris has a wealth of experience in developing policies and procedures manuals, managing large finance and administration teams, finance and accounting system assessments and implementation of technical accounting systems. She specializes in developing annual budget and forecast that leads to company-wide financial accountability and assists board members in understanding the financial complexities of the organization.
