The homeowners, families and community members of Baton Rouge and other parts of southeastern Louisiana are facing the worst U.S. natural disaster since Superstorm Sandy. An estimated 110,000 homes have been damaged in the flooding. Recovery will take time.
In the weeks and months to come, these individuals will need help rebuilding their homes and communities. And Rebuilding Together will answer that call to action. Our affiliates in Louisiana will be working side-by-side with those affected by the flooding, helping restore safe and healthy homes.
Just like we are still working to help repair homes destroyed by Hurricane Katrina and Superstorm Sandy, we are invested in the long-term recovery – and the people – of southeastern Louisiana.
You too can make that investment. Help us reach our goal of $250,000 to provide critical mission support and capacity to our network, so that when the time comes for families to rebuild their homes and their lives, we’ll be ready to help.
A gift of $25 or more can help rebuild the homes of families and communities affected by flooding.
