Rebuilding Together and the Price Program

Rebuilding Together is preparing to apply to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s new Preservation and Reinvestment Initiative for Community Enhancement (PRICE) Program. This program seeks to maintain, protect and stabilize manufactured housing and manufactured housing communities.

If awarded, Rebuilding Together will provide home repairs, rehabilitation work and home replacement services to communities across the county.  As a part of our application, the public was able to provide public comments online, in person or by mail.

Alabama: Choctaw, Clarke, and Mobile Washington Counties
California: Alameda, Contra Costa, and Sacramento Counties
Florida: Alachua and Levy Counties
Iowa: Muscatine County
Louisiana: Acadiana County
Minnesota: Anoka, Carver, Cottonwood, Dakota, Hennepin, Jackson, Martin, Murray, Nobles, Pipestone, Ramsey, Rock, Scott, Washington, and Watonwan Counties
North Carolina: Mecklenburg, Gaston, Iredell, Cabarrus, and Union Counties
New Mexico: Sandoval County
Nevada: Washoe, Carson City, Clark, Douglas, Storey, Lyon, and Churchill Counties
Ohio: Cuyahoga, Medina, Portage, Summit, Stark, and Wayne Counties
Washington: South Pacific, Pierce, and Thurston Counties
West Virginia: Kanawha and Putnam Counties

  • Online and mailed comments were accepted until July 1, 2024 (deadline extended to July 3). 
  • Multiple public hearings (online and in person) were held to hear feedback about the application and answer questions. 

 

public meetings

The public meetings will include opportunities to ask questions and to provide feedback about the activities Rebuilding Together has proposed to undertake. All received comments will be reviewed during the comment review period when feedback will be incorporated into the final program and application. There is no charge to attend the hearing, but you must register in advance to attend virtually.
