Kickoff to Rebuild in Glendale for Super Bowl 57

In partnership with Lowe’s, the Official Home Improvement Sponsor of the National Football League (NFL), Rebuilding Together Valley of the Sun provided essential repairs for six neighbors and the Swift Kids Branch of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley in the Ocotillo Rose neighborhood of Glendale as part of Kickoff to Rebuild.

Kickoff to Rebuild is an annual Super Bowl-sanctioned event hosted by Rebuilding Together, the leading national housing nonprofit organization repairing the homes of people in need and revitalizing our communities. This year’s event was led by the local nonprofit affiliate, Rebuilding Together Valley of the Sun. Since 1991, Rebuilding Together Valley of the Sun has grown to be a leading safe and healthy housing organization, preserving affordable housing and providing more than 500 Arizona families annually with safer community spaces and healthier homes.

While following CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19, volunteers from Lowe’s, Rebuilding Together, local contractors and community members performed home repairs, including roof replacements, bathroom renovations, interior and exterior painting, landscaping and more.
