As we approach the end of 2023, I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey we've undertaken together. This year has been nothing short of transformative for Rebuilding Together and I'm bursting with pride as I share some of our remarkable accomplishments.

Our commitment to reaching even more communities is evident in the continued growth of our services, specifically in rural communities. We believe everyone should have a safe and comfortable home and it's inspiring to witness the positive impact our affiliates are making in these often-overlooked regions. A game-changing moment for Rebuilding Together came with an extraordinary $9 million gift from philanthropist MacKenzie Scott. This generous donation empowers us to do even more, reaching further and deeper into communities to provide critical home repairs and revitalize neighborhoods.
