Rebuilding Together’s National Affiliate Council Elects Lori Mayhue to National Board of Directors
Washington, D.C., June 25, 2020 – Rebuilding Together, the leading national nonprofit organization providing critical home repairs and revitalizing our communities today announced the election of Lori Mayhue, Development Officer for Rebuilding Together Oklahoma City, to its national board of directors.
"Lori’s passion for Rebuilding Together’s mission coupled with the tremendous work she is doing to grow the impact of Rebuilding Together in Oklahoma City make her a valuable addition to our national board," said Kevin Rafferty, Chairman of Rebuilding Together’s board of directors and Executive Vice President of Hancock Whitney Bank. "I look forward to her contributions to the board as we steer the organization towards continuous growth."
Lori Mayhue has been the Development Officer for Rebuilding Together Oklahoma City since March of 2018. Previously, Lori worked for a custom home-builder in Oklahoma and served as the business manager. Her love of non-profit work began after she joined the Junior League of Oklahoma City in 2009, where she currently serves on the Board of Directors. Through her leadership roles held within Junior League, her passion for the community has grown and her commitment to philanthropy has deepened. As an innovator and leader, Lori has grown She Builds Oklahoma City into a nationally and locally awarded and recognized program. A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Lori earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education with a minor in Spanish. Lori has a deep love for travel, and in her spare time, enjoys yoga, running, being outdoors, wine, food, and spending time with her family – especially her husband, son, and cat.
