Courtney Houston-Carter serves as an Executive Director of Federal Government Relations at JPMorgan Chase & Co. He previously served as Vice President of Federal Government Relations for U.S. Bancorp. Prior to working in banking and finance, Courtney was a senior legislative assistant to U.S. Senator Roy Blunt (R-MO) and Senate Republican leadership. He advised Senator Blunt and Senate Republican leadership on financial services, judiciary, and regulatory reform policies. Courtney began his career on Capitol Hill serving as a legal assistant to U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL). He earned his bachelor’s degree from Tufts University and received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. Courtney lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife, Rachael, sons, Hudson and Brooks, and cockapoo, Teddy.
